About Southdown Barns

The property is a large barn conversion, completed in August 2009, just one mile away from the picturesque town of Brixham. It is a large property set within its own grounds with views out to the ocean and the countryside.

All the sleeping accommodation is spacious and modern. The property can accommodate up to 12 (plus baby in cot) and has 6 bedrooms. Three Doubles and three Twin rooms. There are 4 bathrooms (three of which are ensuite).

Upstairs there is a very spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room, which leads to a second large sitting and TV room with a log burning stove. The property is immaculately presented and includes Sky TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there are three different garden areas, with outside dining furniture and barbeque. There is ample parking. We provide all bed linen and towels, logs for the fire and a selection of books and board games. There is also a cot and highchair available for use on request. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
